A two hour seminar that will review the basics of wine production, wine tasting, recognizing and understanding wine labels from around the world, as well as learning to hone the wine palate for discerning consumers. Six wines will be tasted. Be confident and savvy in exploring new wines and new regions, starting with the basics.
