The OC Fair Commercial Wine Competition is one of the largest single events that the OCWS coordinates and runs each year.  With an average of upwards of 2,500 wines being judged in any given year by a prestigious panel of 90 judges of the caliber of such well known winemakers as Steve Lohr, Carol Shelton, Joseph S.
