Mini-Tastings are held at various host sites around Orange County where the attendees are given a blind wine tasting on the varietals for the event. Each attendee brings a potluck dish to share during the dinner that is held during this tasting of wine. This Gold Medal tasting will have various varietals that won Gold Medals or higher during the OC Fair Commercial Competition.
