The OCWS is a non-profit, educational organization incorporated under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business in Costa Mesa, CA. For your convenience, our office is staffed five days per week. Outside business hours feel free to leave a message or send a fax on our 24-hour answering and facsimile machine, or email any Director with your specific questions.
