Nestled in the heart of Southern California is Fallbrook Winery. A visit to them is a short drive from Orange County where they rest between the Pacific Coast and the Pala Mesa Mountains and produce the highest quality red and white varietals. The original Fallbrook Winery opened in 1981 and was used primarily for Champagne production through the late 1980s.
