SUMMARY:Winemakers' Spring 2019 - Quarterly Meeting & Potluck
DESCRIPTION:Our next Winemakers’ Quarterly Meeting will be held on April 20th\, and will be by RSVP only! The cost will be $5 per person. The capacity at this location is limited\, so be sure to sign up right away. \nRemember that this event is a POTLUCK. Please bring an item big enough to serve 8-12 people (one item per single or couple)\, and a bottle of wine (homemade or commercial) per person. \nWINE TESTING: Sulfites are a VERY important additive for winemakers. Sulfites protect your wines against bacteria and oxidation\, and we recommend you all keep watch on your SO2 levels. \nIf you want to test your wine(s) for SO2\, please contact Jerry Guerin at 6428682jerry@att.net and let him know how many samples you will bring. The cost is $4 per test to cover the cost of the chemicals\, and we will be testing between 11:00 and 12:30. \nThank you all\, and I look forward to seeing you on Saturday! Call me if you have questions. \nKevin Donnelly \nkevindonnelly@ocws.org

DESCRIPTION:Our next Winemakers’ Quarterly Meeting will be held on October 20th from 1:00 to 5:00 in the city of Orange. Signups are on the OCWS Webpage\, and the cost is $5 per person to cover costs of table cloths\, plastic ware\, etc. Our Quarterly Meetings are a wonderful time to meet and socialize with other winemakers\, taste each others’ wines\, and receive great advice from our more experienced members. \nAs usual\, this event is a POTLUCK.
