SUMMARY:Winemakers SO2 Testing
DESCRIPTION:Winemakers\, make sure your wines are protected from harmful bacteria during processing and aging.  Our SO2 testing team of Mike Paz and Ed Petros will be conducting SO2 tests for your wines on Saturday March 23.  Testing will be from 9:00am to 11:00am at the home of Ed Petros in Costa Mesa.  Exact address will be provided approximately one week prior to those who sign up for testing. \nPlease email Mike Paz by March 15 at: Michael.winemaker@icloud.com with the number of tests you will need.  We need to know ahead of time how many tests will be done so we can purchase supplies.  Testing fee is $5 per sample.  Bring a 100ml sample of each wine\, enough to test twice in case it needs to be repeated. \nThis event is testing only.  Our quarterly potluck and meeting will be held at a different location on Saturday\, April 13.  Look for potluck details and signup information on the OCWS website
