The Wine Classic is this month and is just a few short days away! 

Just a few more days left to purchase your tickets and to send in your volunteer form.  

This is an event not to miss! Close to 100 wineries; many quality vendors; and nearly 15 restaurants. You can’t beat this opportunity to enjoy outstanding food and award-winning wine for three hours on a Sunday afternoon. Come out and enjoy, come out and experience.  Take a sip and relax…

Tell your neighbors, tell your friends, tell those sitting next to you at wine tastings and at restaurants. Don’t let any opportunity go untold—that the OCWS hosts the BEST wine tasting event in Southern California, at the BEST price around!

Ticket prices were supposed to go up for members after July 31, but we’ve decided to extend the member price of $45 for OCWS members until the conclusion of the OC Fair on Sunday, August 9. After this extended date, member price will be $60. So get those tickets now! Prices for non-members will also continue to be $50 throughout the OC Fair with the price remaining the same for designated drivers at $20. We’re continuing the special group rate of $45 per person with groups of 10 or more through this extended date as well.

By now, you should know the Wine Classic’s purpose. It’s a great venue to feature the award-winning wineries from the annual Orange County Fair Commercial Wine Judging Competition. Of course, there will be plenty of Gold Medal California wineries serving at this event.
 
If you’ve been working at The Courtyard, please continue to wear your, “Ask me about the…Wine Classic” buttons and please continue to keep selling those Wine Classic Tickets.  Remember, we’ll be giving away two Wine Classic tickets to the two top Wine Classic salespersons at The Courtyard. It’s not too late to start selling. You can be that special someone who earns free tickets for being a top seller.

Calling All Volunteers!

Our Wine Classic Volunteer Coordinator is still looking for additional volunteers. Please fill out the volunteer application and send it in today. You’ll get a $20 rebate for working a two-hour slot. Just a reminder, that all volunteers must pay for their ticket to the event before their volunteer request will be processed. Please make sure to list your e-mail address on the sign-up form as it is much easier to send your assignment confirmation via e-mail. Also, please do not discount your ticket price when purchasing your ticket. Rebates will be sent to volunteers after the event.
