Appetizers
~ Crab Cakes ~
Crab cakes, made from a combination of snow crab and fresh herbs.
Served with a reduced chardonnay whole grain mustard sauce
~ Pear Pastry ~
Humboldt Fog cheese and thinly sliced pears served atop a flaky pastry crust with a raspberry coulis drizzle
~ Roasted Veggie Bruschetta ~
Roasted bell peppers, Portobello mushrooms and sweet onions on pieces of French baguette topped with Gorgonzola cheese
Soup
~ Gazpacho ~
A light, fresh cold tomato soup with fresh crispy cucumber and shrimp
Main Course
~ Filet of Sole Astoria ~
Filet of Sole wrapped around crab meat and fresh asparagus tips and topped with a Hollandaise sauce
or
~ Coq au Vin ~
Traditional French braise of chicken cooked with white wine and mushrooms
Dessert
~ Chocolate Lover’s Soufflé ~
A decadent concoction of chocolate soufflé and chocolate chunks served with chocolate ice cream and a rich chocolate sauce

~ Lemonmèsu ~
A light and fluffy lemon cake with a splash of raspberry Grand Marnier sauce topped with caramelized sugar
~ Soft Beverages ~
Coffee, Iced Tea, Hot Tea, Assorted Soda
Price: $34 per person, all inclusive. Same format as last year’s Champagne Brunch. You bring the bottle of Champagne to share and Yves’ Bistro will take care of you from there with their outstanding food and gracious atmosphere.
Last year, the event was attended by over 60 members. There are only so many seats available in this nice restaurant, so please sign up early. For those of you who signed up early in August, my apologies to you. The menu and price had not been set yet, but the event was mistakenly posted on the website at last year’s price. We will be in contact with you to correct the billing error.
